Shipping & Processing info:

 

 

  • Please allow up to 14 days to process your order. Most items take 14+ days to process and ship.

 

  • Most items are made to order and begin processing once your payment has cleared.

 

  • Shipping is only available in the U.S. as of now.

 

  • Orders cannot be canceled once you have submitted your order.

 

  • When ordering multiple items, your order may arrive in separate packages from separate manufacturers locations. Shipping costs will reflect this.

 

  • RUBANO Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS. All orders will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.

 

  • If you have made an error on the shipping address, size or color of your item, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to edit the order if possible. Once the order has started processing we will not be able to edit your order.

 

  • If you have questions on the status of your order please check your tracking email first then email us at - rubanodesigns@gmail.com. Please allow up to 5 business days for a response from RUBANO Designs.

 

***Please keep in mind we are not a big company with a staff. This merch business is solely run by a busy mom/ tattoo artist and her husband. We appreciate every purchase and will do our best to get your order processed as quickly as possible.

 

Return policy:

 

-All sales are final. Once you submit your order we are unable to cancel it.

 

-If you have accidentally ordered the wrong size or color or entered your shipping address incorrectly, and can contact us at rubanodesigns@gmail.com within 24 hours your order may be able to be edited, but there is no guarantee.

 

-If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us ASAP with photos of the damage so we can request a replacement from our production service.
